I am more than happy to welcome back home my beloved Daïcha who is in foal to JJ Shakmal after 3 months of breedings ! I also want to thank Katell Lucas from Haras de la Chataignière (www.harasdelachataigniere.com), for her professional care - without her help Daicha won't probably be pregnant !
Daicha is enjoying her return back to her home and is now free with her daughter Ballerina to roam around the farm; she enjoys leading the other horses through the forest - it's a great pleasure to have such a mare with great personality at home ! I love her more than I can say ! She has a strength, character and total trust - I've noticed after a long time of observation .... Katell is the only other person who has a special bond with this mare (other than me I think) !!
20/12/2006 We have moved!
We recently moved to an amazing place in the forest of Landes (South West of France) in an area with pastures & 300 year old oaks - a perfect place for our dogs, cats and other 4 legged friends (chickens and hens and one small pig) - all members of our family ! We are located between Biarritz and Bordeaux near the Atlantic coast !! In the morning we open the windows on hinds and roe deer in front of the house ! We intend to built a big outside cattery to allow our Bengal cats to be outside in trees and to enjoy the nature...
